Return & Refund Policy 

At Rodger Bartholomew, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. Every piece is created or selected with care to ensure you receive timeless style and exceptional fit. 

This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

 
 

1. Change of Mind Returns 

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

This applies to all purchases, including online and in-store transactions. We are a specialty menswear and tailoring business, and as such, each product is curated or crafted with intention. We encourage customers to ask questions before purchasing if unsure. 

 
 

2. Custom, Made-to-Measure & Altered Garments 

Due to the nature of custom tailoring and made-to-measure garments, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is deemed faulty. 

Once production begins, orders for custom garments cannot be cancelled. 

 
 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at rbsmenswear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with: 

  • Your order number 

  • Description of the issue 

  • Photos showing the fault (if applicable) 

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer to repair, replace, or issue store credit as appropriate under consumer law. 

 
 

4. Final Sale Items 

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. 

 
 

5. In-Store Purchases 

If you purchased in-store, please return the item to our physical location with proof of purchase. Online policies also apply to in-store purchases. 

 
 

6. Return Process 

To initiate a return, please email us at rbsmenswear@gmail.com with your order details. If eligible, we will provide return instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

 
 

7. Store Credit 

Approved returns will be issued store credit via a digital voucher. This credit: 

  • Will be valid for 12 months 

  • Can be used online or in-store 

  • Is non-transferable and non-refundable
